Louisiana Pecan Prices: Lower with Very Light Deliveries

    Nice mild days with temps running in the high 50s to mid-70s. Rain is expected for the weekend. Mild evenings in the low to mid-50s and getting colder for next Monday and Tuesday. It will be about 5-10 degrees colder in Northern areas of the state.

    Prices are lower after the New Year and offerings are very light now.

    Prices paid to growers (from late afternoon Tuesday, December 28, 2021 thru late afternoon Tuesday, January 04, 2022) at buyers delivery point or F.O.B. the orchard including direct sales to end users, cents per pound, in-shell of generally good quality in lots of 20,000 pounds or less unless otherwise stated.
