It’s #FarmerFriday and time to meet Clay Oliver! Clay began farming with his brother full time in 2005 but also had other ideas. After fuel prices went up in 2008, Clay brainstormed ways to turn farm products into biofuel but ultimately found his way into the culinary world with food-grade oils. Now no longer farming, Clay works with his wife running their newly opened storefront and producing a variety of oils including peanut, sunflower and even okra seed!
