After much time and effort attempting to make the 34th Annual Peanut Tour happen despite the challenges we are all facing, the Georgia Peanut Tour Committee has made a decision to cancel the tour. This was not an easy decision, but the committee is confident in this decision.
“At this point, the plans are to go to Southwest Georgia in September of 2021. However, just because the tour is cancelled does not mean that the Georgia peanut farmers will stop producing. The committee is still excited to see a great crop of high quality Georgia peanuts this season, and they are already excited for the plans next year,” says Tim Brenneman, Georgia Peanut Tour Committee Chairman.
