DTN Names New Senior Vice President For Ag Operations

DTN this week announced that John Teeple is joining DTN as the senior vice president of agriculture. In this role, Teeple will lead the company’s agriculture business. 

Teeple will oversee a wide range of farmer-focused information channels dealing with crop production and marketing, along with Progressive Farmer magazine.

Teeple spent more than 23 years at John Deere in a variety of product development, technology innovation, strategy and operations roles. Most recently, he served as the director of advanced technology, driving innovation into the global precision agriculture strategy.

Also, the company named Lars Ewe the company’s new chief technology officer (CTO). He will focus on increasing innovation in DTN data solutions. He joins DTN with experience in data science and machine learning. 

Ewe was most recently chief product officer and senior vice president of engineering for Anaconda, a leader in data science and machine learning solutions.
