The Penn State Extension Agronomy Team has numerous conferences and workshops scheduled in the next few months. The regional Crops Conferences are one-day seminars that offer opportunities to earn pesticide, nutrient management, and certified crop advisor credits, and to learn about key current crop management issues.

In addition to hearing valuable cropping information from Penn State field and forage crop specialists and industry experts, participants will also earn a minimum of two categories and two core pesticide education credits.

Topics include information on the Realities of Hemp Production, Glyphosate and the Environment, Adaptive Nitrogen Management, Pesticide Safety, Regional Corn and Soybean Contest Awards, and the results of research conducted by Penn State agronomists and crop specialists.
