Americot, Inc. has announced three new hires, Lucy Carmichael, Daniel Nix and Dusty Parker.
Lucy Carmichael, marketing coordinator, supporting our sales teams and customer marketing activities throughout the Cotton Belt. She is based in Lubbock, Texas. She holds a degree in advertising, with a minor in agriculture communications from Texas Tech. Growing up in Haskell, Texas, Carmichael comes from an agricultural family, both on the cotton side, as well as cattle ranching.
Daniel Nix, sales representative working the Lubbock County area as part of the South Plains regional team. Raised in Tolar, Texas, he grew up on a cattle and peanut farm. He graduated from Tarleton State University with a BS in plant and soil science.
Dusty Parker, sales representative based in Lubbock, Texas. He work in the Dawson County area. Parker grew up on a corn and cotton farm in Uvalde, Texas. He graduated from Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University) with a BS in Agriculture in 2002. Before joining Americot, he was a sales rep and branch manager for Helena Chemical Company,
