Texas: Reagan County Ag Day, Big Lake, March 27

Wind development, agricultural law news and the latest in range herbicides are three of the topics to be addressed during the Reagan County Ag Day on March 27 in Big Lake.

The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service educational event will begin with registration at 8 a.m., followed by the program from 8:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. at the AgriLife Extension office in Reagan County, 1430 N. Ohio St.

Individual registration is $10, due upon arrival, but an RSVP by March 22 to 325-884-2335 is requested. The fee includes coffee, donuts and a catered lunch sponsored by Sable Permian Resources.

“The Reagan County Leadership Advisory Board and the Reagan County Ag Committee work hard to plan and deliver a quality program and this one will be no exception,” said Chase McPhaul, AgriLife Extension agent in Reagan County. “Our goal is to address the topics most pertinent to our area and this program will reflect that.”
