    Weekly Rice Sales, Exports

    Net rice sales of 59,900 MT for 2013/2014 were reported for Japan (39,000 MT), Haiti (11,500 MT), Mexico (4,700 MT), Canada (1,400 MT), and unknown destinations (1,200 MT), according to today’s U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Export Sales Highlights report.

    Exports of 40,500 MT were primarily to Mexico (21,900 MT), Ghana (6,000 MT), Canada (3,000 MT), South Korea (2,800 MT), and Liberia (2,500 MT).
