    2012 U.S. Food Showcase Coming to Dallas, May 1-3

    Sponsored by the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture and supported by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the U.S. Food Showcase trade show event will take place in Dallas, Texas at the Dallas Convention Center on May 1-3.

    The show is held in conjunction with the Food Marketing Institute’s Supermarket Industry Convention, the largest food distribution exposition in North America, creating an event like no other.  Over 5,000 domestic and international food industry buyers participate while representing retailers, wholesalers, convenience stores, chains, food service, importers/exporters, discount stores, independent operators, brokers, ethnic markets, military outlets and gourmet shops.  Foreign buyers from the Caribbean, South and Central America, Asia, Africa, Middle East and Europe are confirmed to attend.
